You will act as the central technical leader coordinating cross-functional teams to align on shared objectives and timelines. You will own the technical documentation and validation processes that guarantee product consistency and regulatory compliance. You will establish and monitor project milestones to keep development pipelines on schedule and within scope. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with contract manufacturers to secure production capabilities that meet our standards. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging consumer preferences and competitive gaps in the hair tool category.

Collaborate with engineering partners to refine manufacturing processes that optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Lead the creation of product documentation including usage guidelines, technical drawings, and compliance records for global distribution.

Coordinate with supply chain teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and mitigate production risks.

Perform competitive benchmarking to ensure product features and pricing remain relevant in dynamic retail environments.

Monitor post-launch performance metrics and gather customer feedback to inform future product enhancements and innovations.

Establish testing protocols for durability, heat distribution, and safety compliance to meet international market standards.

Drive the alignment of packaging design with brand storytelling to ensure unboxing experiences reflect the Integra Beauty ethos.

Implement quality control checkpoints throughout the production timeline to detect deviations before mass production.

Liaise with regulatory affairs specialists to ensure all products meet regional certifications and legal requirements.

Analyze sales data and market feedback to guide adjustments in product features, colorways, and accessory bundles.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and manufacturing sustainability over time.

Requirements

You possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field that provides a foundational understanding of manufacturing processes.

You have accumulated a minimum of five years of progressive experience in product development within the consumer goods or beauty industry.

You demonstrate a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

You are proficient in using product lifecycle management tools and engineering software to document and track design iterations.

You have direct experience collaborating with contract manufacturers and interpreting production specifications.

You hold a strong understanding of materials science relevant to consumer electronics or thermal tools and their performance characteristics.

You exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and market demands.

You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Nice to have

Experience with hair styling tools and their unique thermal and mechanical requirements is highly valued.

Familiarity with regulatory standards for electrical products in North America and international markets is preferred.

Background in sustainable manufacturing practices or eco-friendly material selection is encouraged.

Practical notes

This position requires on-site presence at our Dania Beach, Florida headquarters.

Travel to supplier facilities and retail partner locations may be required to oversee production and conduct audits.
