About the role
You will take ownership of maintaining an organized and efficient flow of materials throughout our integrated warehouse environment, ensuring that every item is tracked and stored with precision. You are responsible for supporting the receiving function by verifying incoming stock and confirming that all products meet our quality standards before they are processed. This role owns the coordination of fulfillment activities, helping to prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to strict safety protocols. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve logistical challenges and improve the overall efficiency of material movement. The position demands a high level of accountability for inventory accuracy and the integrity of the storage areas under your control. You will be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support operational needs across receiving, storage, and dispatch as required. Your role is critical in maintaining the momentum of our operations and ensuring that our teams have the resources they need to succeed.

What you'll do
Conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials to verify accuracy and condition upon arrival at the facility.
Utilize warehouse management systems to log transactions and update inventory records in real time for complete traceability.
Perform meticulous cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity and storage accuracy.
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to transport goods safely across the warehouse floor.
Organize and stage products for fulfillment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and manifest with precision and care.
Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline the dock door processes for maximum efficiency.
Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete items, recommending actions to optimize inventory turnover.
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to strict housekeeping standards to support safety and operational flow.
Execute load building and blocking strategies to stabilize shipments and protect products during transit.
Follow all documented procedures and standard operating guidelines to ensure consistency in daily operations.
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse performance.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report issues, share updates, and coordinate workflow adjustments.
Uphold company standards for professionalism, reliability, and positive teamwork in every interaction.
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including weekend availability and overtime, to meet peak operational demands.
Requirements
Must be at least eighteen years of age to comply with federal regulations governing warehouse operations.
You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification as proof of educational attainment.
The role requires the ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to fifty pounds without assistance.
You must pass a comprehensive background check as part of our employment verification process.
Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory for all positions within our facility.
You are required to have reliable transportation to and from the workplace in Groveport, Ohio.
All employees must comply with scheduled shifts, including the standard Monday through Friday assignment.
You must adhere to strict safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred for this position.
Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems is highly valued.
Experience operating forklifts or other powered material handling equipment is considered an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast paced setting is strongly preferred.
Candidates with a history of maintaining accurate records will fit well within our operational framework.
