What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure that product specifications are met.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making and product strategy.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
