Software Engineer
Job description
About the role
Innovid is actively seeking a Software Engineer to join their Engineering team based in Ramat Gan, where you will play a critical role in maintaining and advancing a platform that processes billions of transactions daily. You will work across multiple technologies in a shared-ownership codebase, taking full responsibility for designing, implementing, and deploying features that power omnichannel advertising across CTV, digital, linear, and social channels. In this position, you will own the complete lifecycle of your work, from initial requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and monitoring in production environments. You will ship code to production frequently, sometimes multiple times per day, ensuring that each release meets high standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The role requires close collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams to scope and prioritize features, translating business objectives into technical solutions that drive customer success. You will be expected to act as an independent, curious problem-solver, using strong analytical abilities to debug complex issues and optimize system behavior under heavy load. Clear communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain technical trade-offs, document your work, and share knowledge with teammates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
