Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on, end-to-end Salesforce development focused on the Lightning Platform is necessary.
Expert-level mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and SOQL/SOSL, plus deep Salesforce security and sharing model knowledge is mandatory.
Solutions must handle Large Data Volume constraints while staying within Salesforce Governor Limits.
Strong experience with enterprise CI/CD pipelines, deployment methodologies, and advanced Git/GitHub version control is required.
