What you'll do
Manage Microsoft Search Advertising accounts to drive revenue and feature adoption for assigned clients.
Analyze performance using data to guide search optimizations and tactical execution for client goals.
Create reports and opportunities that build trusted-advisor relationships with clients and internal teams.
Mentor a group of account strategists to elevate team capability and client outcomes.
Requirements
Possess 5+ years of experience in search engine marketing and a total of 6-8 years in advertising.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of internet advertising models including CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, and lead generation.
Use Advanced Excel, SQL, and data analysis to manipulate data and derive insights.
Apply critical thinking to make decisions based on clear priorities and organized problem solving.
Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and prioritize multiple tasks.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with precision and professionalism.
Adapt quickly to changing business needs, processes, and evolving environments.
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
Self-motivate and contribute ideas that support business and operational needs.
Write and understand English with fluency.
