Senior Technical Product Manager

About the role

You will drive product development across multiple initiatives, owning the full lifecycle from new product ideation through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement in the Injective ecosystem. You will contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives while partnering closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define and prioritize technical products. You will translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans, ensuring a strong product quality bar across user experience, functionality, and execution. You will define and monitor key product metrics and use insights to improve decision-making while working cross-functionally with teams across engineering, growth, BD, operations, and support. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, likes working with high ownership, and can operate effectively in highly technical environments with genuine passion for DeFi.

Champion rigorous product discovery, experimentation, and validation to test assumptions and refine product approaches.

Leverage deep understanding of financial infrastructure and technical constraints to guide feasible product solutions.

Collaborate with engineering to break down complex features into manageable deliverables and milestones.

Synthesize user research, market signals, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.

Act as the primary product voice for Injective ecosystem products in discussions with stakeholders and partners.

Continuously learn and adapt to emerging trends in crypto, DeFi, and financial technology to keep product vision forward-looking.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products.

Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment demonstrated through past product outcomes.

Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance and financial systems.

High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward without needing constant direction.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments where priorities can shift quickly.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

User-focused mindset with strong attention to product quality and execution standards in all deliverables.

Technical background, engineering experience, or a technical degree is a strong plus for credibility with engineering teams.

Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies that power decentralized finance.

Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus for domain relevance.

Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly valued for operating standards and best practices.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

Ideally based in New York or open to relocating to support hybrid work preferences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Willingness to dive into technical details and collaborate closely with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.

Commitment to data-driven decision-making and experimentation to validate product hypotheses.

Comfort with scrappy execution and building processes from the ground up in a growing organization.

Eagerness to mentor and influence junior team members through clear communication and leading by example.
