Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting or a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in underwriting software and tools, with a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
