The Work
The Residential Mortgage Underwriter, Specialized Credit plays a critical role in our lending operations. This position is responsible for a complete review of all incoming residential mortgage applications. The core function is to assess risk and issue formal mortgage commitments. You will manage the collection of all necessary documentation. The goal is to advance files to the solicitor instruction stage efficiently. Compensation and Location
