What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the infrastructure or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams towards common goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required, adapting to varying work environments and conditions.
