- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, conducting inspections as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to various work environments and schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
