Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to various work environments and schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
