Position Overview
The Junior Program Analyst provides comprehensive support for the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives. This role operates in collaboration with government stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional partners. Primary duties include supporting project planning, stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination, project documentation, performance tracking, and the development of deliverables. The analyst will assist with daily project execution and continuous improvement activities, ensuring all work aligns with program objectives, contract requirements, and established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Program Analyst will execute a wide range of programmatic and administrative tasks essential for project success.
- Meeting and Documentation Support: Support day-to-day program and project activities by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Deliverable and Communication Support: Assist in the development of project deliverables, executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Project Planning and Execution Support: Support project planning, implementation, pilot activities, and performance tracking across multiple digital health initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with government stakeholders and project teams to facilitate communication and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze project information to support reporting, evaluations, and data-driven decision-making.
- Progress Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project milestones, identifying potential risks or issues, and escalating concerns to the Program Manager as appropriate.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly implementation progress dashboards, monthly program status reports, executive briefing materials, and other project documentation to support contract reporting requirements.
- Project Kickoff and Evaluation Support: Support project kickoff meetings, pilot activities, training efforts, and the development of evaluation plans and project completion documentation by coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and tracking action items.
- General Administrative Support: Perform other programmatic and administrative duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: One (1) to Three (3) years of professional experience supporting federal, healthcare, technology, or program management initiatives.
- Core Skills: Experience supporting project coordination activities, including meeting scheduling, agenda development, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, Word documents, and status reports.
- Organizational能力: Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analysis: Ability to analyze information and summarize findings into concise reports and presentations.
- Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience and skills will be highly valued.
- Advanced Experience: Four (4) or more years of professional experience supporting intricate program environments.
- Federal Healthcare Experience: Experience supporting VA, DHA, HHS, DoD, CMS, or other Federal healthcare agencies.
- Methodology Experience: Experience supporting Agile or Scrum projects.
- Digital Focus: Experience supporting digital transformation, healthcare IT, or innovation initiatives.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Executive Support: Experience supporting executive briefings, dashboards, or performance metrics.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Compensation: The salary for this role is $120,000 USD per year for a one-year term.
