Requirements
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field is required; a Doctorate in Nursing or Education is preferred.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or eligibility for licensure.
- At least three years of clinical nursing experience, with a strong background in medical-surgical nursing or a related specialty.
- Previous teaching experience in a nursing program or higher education setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in nursing education and healthcare.
