Chief of Staff
Job description
About the role
This role is designed for a future C-suite leader who wants to operate at the highest level of impact today rather than wait for a promotion. You will own the most complex, ambiguous challenges that cut across strategy, execution, and people. The role demands that you become a garbage disposal for problems, handling everything from board preparation to client crises without dropping a beat. You will lead AI transformation initiatives, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth while simultaneously serving as a strategic partner to executives. Success requires you to move fluidly between high-level strategy and ground-level execution without hesitation. You will be accountable for owning outcomes, asking relentless questions, and building solutions that scale. If you thrive in environments where ownership is total and the path is undefined, this is your opportunity to prove you can run a company.
