Chief of Staff - Atlanta
Job description
About the role
This role is a foundational leadership position within Human Agency, designed for a generalist operator who thrives on ownership and ambiguity. You will act as the critical partner to an executive, absorbing a wide portfolio of responsibilities so they can focus on high-level strategy. You will be accountable for driving complex projects from initial concept to finished deliverable, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The role requires a proactive mindset where you identify problems before they escalate and deploy solutions independently. You will serve as a versatile problem-solver, handling everything from high-stakes client deliverables to internal operational execution. Success in this position means you actively build systems and processes that improve how the team works. You will be expected to wear many hats and take on whatever challenge is necessary to move the business forward. Ultimately, this is a role for someone who measures their impact by the tangible results they create for the organization.
