As a , you will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue operations initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing solutions that streamline processes across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Analytics, and Finance. You will oversee a substantial portion of our technology stack or sales funnel, ensuring seamless integrations and automation to support our growth. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and practical skills to help Homebase scale efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve data visibility, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to accelerate revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional results for our customers.

What you'll do
- Take ownership of Salesforce administration, including designing scalable processes, automation, and integrations to enhance user adoption and operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack, building scalable connections between various systems and processes to ensure smooth data flow and automation.
- Develop and implement technical frameworks and processes for accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and measuring GTM performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional Revenue Operations projects involving teams from Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Analytics, and Finance to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define the roadmap for data visibility, reporting, and analytics, ensuring relevant insights are accessible to decision-makers.
- Clarify and communicate RevOps initiatives, managing project milestones, stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Work closely with other members of the RevOps team and GTM stakeholders to incorporate AI tools into workflows, providing training and guidance on AI-enabled methods to improve efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice on funnel strategy, including identifying areas for improvement to increase conversion rates and accelerate sales velocity.
- Support the development of scalable solutions that can adapt to the company's growth, including automation and system integrations.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies that can enhance revenue operations and GTM effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure technical solutions meet operational needs and are user-friendly.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and data quality, making recommendations for improvements and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Promote best practices for data management, automation, and AI integration across the Revenue Operations team.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill team members and GTM stakeholders on new tools, processes, and AI applications.
- Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and assist in scaling the RevOps function as the company grows.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar GTM operations role, demonstrating a track record of leading impactful projects.
- Extensive proficiency with Salesforce, including designing scalable processes, automations, and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to scope, lead, and deliver end-to-end projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ownership of a significant part of a revenue funnel or technology stack, with a focus on automation and process optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working with AI tools and managing GTM workflows that incorporate AI, along with the ability to coach others on AI-enabled methods.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and leadership.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with integrating various GTM tools and platforms, understanding how they work together to support revenue growth.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with technical teams to resolve system problems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices related to revenue data and automation tools.

- Salesforce Developer Certification, demonstrating advanced technical skills within Salesforce.
- Experience with Databricks & Omni or similar BI/analytics platforms to support data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Talkdesk, Calendly, and Mogli, and their integration with other systems.
- Knowledge of additional automation platforms or scripting languages that can enhance system integrations.
- Prior experience working in SaaS or technology companies with complex revenue operations.
- Understanding of ITAR regulations or other compliance standards relevant to revenue data management.
