Job description
About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience for key product initiatives, shaping how buyers, sellers, and issuers interact on the platform. You will combine design craft, analytical thinking, and user behaviour knowledge with an AI technology stack, using intelligent tools to prototype and build interfaces that solve real problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive, delightful digital products. This role requires a fast-ramping generalist who can communicate design rationale, field detailed questions, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will support the team in championing company values with a positive outlook while responding effectively to varied working conditions with a growth mindset.
