Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in institutional sales, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or mutual fund sales is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, or a related discipline is required to ensure a foundational understanding of financial markets.
- Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses as a non-negotiable prerequisite for the role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced sales environment is mandatory.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships to drive measurable sales success over time.
