What you'll do
- Serve as the main point of contact for users of our platform, assisting them through the complexities of the secondary market.
- Oversee the entire transaction process, beginning with initial inquiries and onboarding, and concluding with the finalization of trades.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to deliver market insights and address their questions.
- Ensure that all transaction documentation and platform data are accurate and compliant by conducting thorough verifications.
- Work closely with internal legal and operations teams to resolve any issues that may arise and to successfully close deals.
- Identify potential new buyers and sellers through proactive outreach and referrals, expanding our client base.
- Keep meticulous records of all pipeline activities and transaction metrics to track performance and outcomes.
- Analyze market trends and provide clients with relevant insights to enhance their trading decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiencies and enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials that promote our services and platform features.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in fields such as investment banking, institutional sales and trading, private equity, venture capital, investor relations, or investment sales.
- Demonstrated capability in managing lead generation and prospecting within high-volume environments.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple transactions concurrently without compromising quality.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex market dynamics.
- Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses shortly after starting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Nice to have
- Experience in managing high-touch relationships while adhering to strict operational and compliance protocols.
- Familiarity with the private equity or venture capital landscape can be advantageous.
- Previous exposure to CRM and pipeline management tools is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills for financial data interpretation and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
