About the role
You are joining as a foundational member of the recruiting team where you will help construct essential hiring processes and implement scalable programs that deliver strong results through resourcefulness. You will act as a strategic partner to the organization by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and current talent trends to precisely define hiring needs. Your responsibilities include defining talent requirements, sourcing and prescreening candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and fluid candidate experience, and identifying effective closing strategies for offers. You will proactively provide candidates with the correct information to make their decision as easy as possible and represent Hightouch with a strong brand presence in a highly competitive market. You are driven to change the talent industry at large by figuring out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment while maintaining a constant focus on quality and impact.

What you'll do
Identify talent requirements by analyzing team goals, growth projections, and current hiring trends to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Source candidates through a wide array of channels including referrals, inbound applications, and direct outreach to build a consistent and humming pipeline.
Prescreen candidates using structured assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and role readiness before passing them to hiring managers.
Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, clarify role expectations, and align on success metrics for open positions.
Represent the Hightouch brand to candidates in a competitive market by highlighting the company mission, values, and growth opportunities.
Juggle multiple roles simultaneously using creative strategies to manage competing priorities and maintain a steady flow of qualified applicants.
Ruthlessly prioritize tasks and manage workflows in a constantly changing environment to ensure critical hiring milestones are met on time.
Provide candidates with transparent information regarding compensation, equity, and the interview process to simplify their decision-making journey.
Drive the hiring manager and recruiter relationship by building a strong, trustworthy partnership that improves communication and collaboration.
Identify closing strategies for offers by negotiating terms and addressing candidate concerns to increase acceptance rates.
Utilize data and feedback from the hiring process to continuously refine sourcing channels and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of recruitment programs and processes that increase efficiency and scalability for the founding team.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
Proactively learn about the Composable CDP market and GTM motion to better understand customer needs and improve talent targeting.
Requirements
You ideally possess 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, but I care less about "years of experience" and more about the impact and results of your work, as you can have 3 years of recruiting experience and be stronger than someone with 10.
You have partnered with GTM leaders and have ideally hired for sales and technical sales functions in a high growth environment.
You will constantly think about how to represent Hightouch with candidates in this competitive market through professional communication and branding.
You are a strong driver of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship and are able to build a strong and trustworthy partnership based on transparency and shared goals.
You have a proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels including sourcing, referrals, and inbound applications.
You are able to juggle various roles at once and you use creative strategies to build a consistent, reliable pipeline of talent.
You thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment where priorities shift quickly and demands are high.
You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done without requiring constant direction.

Practical notes
The position operates on a full-time basis with an expectation of availability during standard business hours.
