Full Stack Product Engineer

About the role

You will architect and deliver end-to-end features for a new generation of marketing and growth products that power our Agentic Marketing Platform. You will collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional partners including designers and product managers to understand real-world behavior and translate it into intuitive interfaces. You will work alongside ML engineers to surface insights that empower marketers to make confident data-driven decisions. You will independently lead complex frontend system architecture while ensuring polished user experiences from zero to one. You will build and maintain CRUD applications with a strong grasp of backend API design and data models. You will leverage React and Typescript on the frontend and Typescript with elements of Go on the backend to ship reliable product functionality. You will contribute to a codebase that serves leading enterprises and supports mission-critical marketing workflows at speed.

What you'll do

Architect and build features end-to-end for a new generation of marketing and growth products that serve enterprise customers.

Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional partners such as designers and product managers to observe and understand real-world behavior.

Work alongside ML engineers to surface insights that empower marketers to make confident decisions backed by data.

Independently lead and architect complex frontend systems while maintaining a high bar for polish and usability.

Build and maintain CRUD applications with a solid understanding of backend API contracts and data models.

Write reliable frontend code using React and Typescript while contributing to a backend built on Typescript with elements of Go.

Participate in design discussions that translate product requirements into intuitive and accessible user interfaces.

Translate ambiguous product requirements into well-defined technical tasks and own them through completion.

Partner with solutions engineers to ensure implementations align with customer workflows and compliance requirements.

Contribute to a codebase that supports fast-moving marketing campaigns and composable experiences for leading brands.

Help refine product specifications by providing engineering feedback on feasibility and trade-offs.

Write tests and observability hooks to validate behavior and surface regressions before they affect customers.

Mentor junior engineers by sharing best practices for frontend architecture and product thinking.

Engage with the latest patterns in composable data platforms and AI-assisted workflows to keep the product innovative.

Represent the engineering voice in product decisions to ensure technical constraints are respected.

Requirements

You have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building user interfaces.

You have 3+ years of experience working with React and modern frontend tooling.

You have 2+ years of experience writing TypeScript for frontend and backend services.

You have experience designing and implementing CRUD applications that integrate with backend APIs.

You have a solid understanding of data modeling and API design patterns.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

You are comfortable owning products from idea to production, including debugging issues in live systems.

You are comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation to learn new systems independently.

You are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

Experience working with composable CDP or marketing technology platforms.

Experience working with AI workflows or tooling in product applications.

Experience contributing to open source projects or publishing reusable libraries.

Experience with backend services written in Go.

This role is fully remote and available to candidates in North America.

Employment is full-time.
