About the role
HighRadius is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead mid-market net new sales efforts across the assigned territory. This role focuses on acquiring new customers within the mid-market segment and driving consistent revenue growth through strategic account planning and team leadership. The Regional VP will manage a dedicated sales team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver quota attainment and expand the company's footprint in the region. Candidates should bring extensive experience in B2B software sales and a proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of the mid-market buying process and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales plans.

What you'll do
Lead and develop a regional sales team focused on mid-market net new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through negotiation and closing for mid-market accounts.
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target mid-market accounts across the region.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and improve win rates.
Coach sales representatives on pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and effective deal execution techniques.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the assigned geographic region to expand market share.
Track and report on critical sales metrics including pipeline coverage, win rates, and deal velocity.
Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion potential within accounts.
Represent HighRadius at industry events, conferences, and regional networking functions to build brand awareness.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform sales strategy and positioning against rivals.
Manage and prioritize a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent quota attainment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred for this role.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding net new sales quotas in a mid-market or enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of SaaS or software business models, recurring revenue metrics, and sales operations.
Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams from the ground up.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging executive-level stakeholders and influencing decision-makers.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools is essential for managing pipeline effectively.
Track record of developing and delivering successful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong sense of accountability.
Comfortable with a hybrid work model that balances in-office collaboration with independent selling activities.
Nice to have
Prior experience selling autonomous finance or accounts receivable automation solutions to mid-market clients.
Existing network of relationships within the mid-market financial services sector and banking industry.
Familiarity with HighRadius product portfolio and competitive landscape in the finance technology space.
Background in consultative or complex sale environments with longer deal cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS company with rapid scaling goals and dynamic culture.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent sales automation platforms for pipeline management.
Experience with sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo for prospecting.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel for detailed pipeline reporting and analysis.
Ability to use data analytics platforms to track sales performance and forecast accuracy effectively.
Familiarity with proposal and contract management software commonly used in enterprise sales environments.
Comfort with virtual meeting and collaboration tools for coordinating remote and distributed team members.
Practical notes
This role is based in Houston, Texas, with expected travel within the assigned region on a regular basis.
The position reports to a national or global sales leadership team at HighRadius for strategic direction.
