What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to create comprehensive launch strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our meal kit offerings.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of launch initiatives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product launches and implement necessary adjustments based on data-driven insights.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth execution of launch plans.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess product performance and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Mentor and guide a team of project managers and coordinators, providing support and direction to enhance their professional development.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Present launch updates and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on strategic objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product vision and execution strategies across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market, with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on Agile practices.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in the meal kit or food delivery industry is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
