As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at HelloFresh, you will play a role in shaping the learning and development strategies that empower our employees. What you'll do

Design and develop comprehensive learning programs that cater to various learning styles and preferences, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all employees.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and create tailored content that addresses those needs effectively.
instructional design methodologies and best practices to create high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning experiences.
Implement assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing guidance and support to participants while fostering an interactive learning environment.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development, integrating innovative tools and techniques into our training offerings.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of learning solutions while maintaining high standards of quality.
Collaborate with the HR team to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and employee development plans, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Develop and maintain a library of learning resources and materials that can be easily accessed by employees across the organization.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior learning designers, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.
Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration, enhancing the overall learning culture at HelloFresh.
Contribute to the evaluation and selection of learning technologies and platforms that support our training objectives and enhance user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs that drive employee engagement and performance.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess learning effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in content management and delivery.

Nice to have

Experience in the food or e-commerce industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to enhance training materials visually.
Certification in instructional design or a related field, such as ATD or ISPI, is a plus.
Experience with virtual training platforms and tools, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, to facilitate remote learning experiences.
