What you'll do

- Prepare and present reports on packaging initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in category management or packaging development, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers and vendors.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
