About the role
You will serve as the primary clinical leader for the Wisconsin market, overseeing the strategic vision and operational quality of pediatric mental health services. This role requires you to build and mentor a high-performing team of clinicians while ensuring our care standards remain consistent across all local clinics. You will partner with the market General Manager to expand our reach and influence the evolution of our national care model. In this capacity, you will act as the clinical authority representing Brightline within the local healthcare ecosystem. You will translate national clinical strategy into actionable plans specific to the Milwaukee market. Your leadership will directly shape the patient experience and clinical outcomes for youth and families in the region. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice among your team. This position is critical to driving sustainable growth and excellence in pediatric care.

What you'll do
- Manage clinical quality across the market by auditing charts and overseeing performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of managers, therapists, and psychologists.
- Lead peer consultation groups and provide ongoing clinical supervision to staff.
- Maintain a limited clinical caseload, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing for youth.
- Collaborate with marketing and community teams to build partnerships with local schools, pediatricians, and health systems.
- Execute root cause analyses when clinical or operational metrics fall below targets.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company protocols and state regulatory requirements.
- Support clinic operations, including occasional evening or Saturday shifts to meet patient needs.
- Analyze utilization and capacity data to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
- Facilitate warm handoffs and coordinate care transitions with external providers and partner organizations.
- Develop and implement clinical training programs to address skill gaps and emerging needs.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform clinical service expansion and innovation.
- Drive the implementation of standardized assessment tools and documentation workflows.
- Serve as the primary escalation resource for complex clinical cases and operational challenges.
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Active psychologist license with expertise in child and adolescent behavioral health.
- Previous experience in a leadership role such as Executive Director, Program Director, or Market Clinic Director.
- Proven track record of providing clinical supervision to post-doctoral or associate-level clinicians.
- Ability to work on-site in Milwaukee 3 to 4 days per week, with up to 20% travel to other state locations.
- Deep understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making using BI tools and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and cultural humility.
- Experience working within integrated care models and multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, clinical guidelines, and business needs.
- Willingness to participate in on-call schedules as required to support clinical operations.
