About the role
You will serve as the accountable leader for all market performance in Wisconsin, owning financial results, clinical quality, and operational execution. This position requires deep presence in the clinics, working alongside teams to solve problems in real time and build the operational foundation for expansion. You will translate Brightline's corporate strategy into tangible actions that the team and families experience directly. The role demands equal parts operator, strategist, and people leader, ensuring that care delivery aligns with strategic priorities. You will own clinical operations across the state, starting with two clinics in Milwaukee. Success in this role depends on your ability to partner closely with the market clinical leader and manage external relationships effectively. You will be the primary connector between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution. This position is critical to delivering best-in-class access and outcomes for Brightline families in the region.

What you'll do
Serve as the single accountable leader for all market performance, including financial results, clinical quality, operational execution, patient experience, and team management.
Own the profit and loss for the Wisconsin market, including budget management, staff and ramp forecasting, and variance analysis.
Represent the Wisconsin market to Brightline's executive leadership, escalating and resolving issues with speed and clarity.
Execute market-level strategy in alignment with corporate priorities and translate that strategy into actionable plans for the team.
Lead the market team, managing manager-level leaders and frontline operations staff within an evolving organizational structure.
Own hiring processes, building a talent pipeline and ensuring team growth with the right people.
Oversee provider schedules and ongoing development to ensure appropriate coverage and professional growth.
Develop and execute strategies for team retention, culture-building, and professional development across the region.
Serve as the strategic owner of clinic- and region-level operational and financial targets.
Manage and forecast staffing and clinical service capacity to meet demand.
Closely manage regional, clinic, and provider-level reporting to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with the market clinical leader to drive accountability and achieve expected results.
Use data-driven insights to diagnose performance issues and guide continuous improvement.
Leverage qualitative insights from workflow observation to ensure consistent care model execution.
Ensure operational standards and workflows are executed consistently across all clinics.
Launch and land new initiatives that improve daily operations and patient outcomes.
Lead change management for new workflows, systems, and corporate initiatives, ensuring team preparedness and buy-in.

Feed insights back to shared services and act as a bridge between the field and corporate leadership.
Own the patient experience across the region using feedback, incident reports, and frontline observations.
Manage patient access, including waitlist management, panel sizing, and intake capacity.
Ensure families can access care when they need it through thoughtful capacity planning.
Ensure regional operations meet all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards for behavioral health care.
Own regional incident management and risk escalation protocols in partnership with clinical leadership.
Protect patients and the organization through proactive risk management and compliance practices.
Requirements
Manage a profit and loss statement for a multi-clinic region and demonstrate comfort with budgets, staffing, and variance analysis.
Bring at least three years of experience leading teams in behavioral health, primary care, or urgent care settings.
Possess hands-on experience managing schedules, capacity, and provider coverage in a clinical environment.
Show a proven track record of improving patient access, wait times, and care continuity through operational changes.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards for behavioral health delivery.
Excel at diagnosing performance issues using data, observation, and feedback from families and teams.

Experience implementing new workflows, systems, and care model changes while sustaining team engagement.
Practical notes
This role requires occasional travel between Milwaukee clinics during standard business hours.
You will need authorization to work in the United States and must maintain eligibility to work in the country.
