Community Outreach & Events Lead
Job description
About the role
You are the driving force behind the visibility and adoption of the BrightLife Kids program across Southern California, serving as the essential bridge between Brightline's virtual care ecosystem and the communities we serve. In this high-impact role, you will own the strategy and execution of outreach initiatives that connect families with free, virtual behavioral health resources for children ages 0-12. You will act as the primary champion for the BrightLife Kids program, ensuring that it becomes a trusted and recognized pillar within local health and education systems. This position requires a proactive leader who designs the playbook for community engagement, rather than simply following one, while maintaining a constant, visible presence in the field. You will translate complex behavioral health initiatives into clear, actionable solutions for parents, educators, and community partners. Ultimately, your work will directly determine the reach and real-world impact of a critical state-funded mental health resource.
