Data Analyst
Job description
About the role
You will act as the analytical engine behind every major growth decision at Harper, translating high-volume, messy marketing data into clear, executable strategy. You own the narrative of our channel performance, defining what success looks like and ensuring the entire GTM team understands the implications. This role requires you to move at the speed of our business, drawing fast conclusions from incomplete information and communicating them with conviction to leadership. You will be the primary partner to the Growth Marketing Lead, sitting in the room where decisions are made and shaping the direction of our budget and campaigns. Your work will directly influence how millions of dollars are spent and how quickly we acquire our next cohort of customers. You are expected to challenge assumptions, ask uncomfortable questions of the data, and advocate for the most rational course of action even when it is unpopular. Winning in this role means the growth team operates with significantly higher confidence and velocity because of the insights you provide.
