About the role
You will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Haast in the United States, acting as the primary commercial leader responsible for discovering, qualifying, and closing strategic deals within regulated sectors. You will build and execute the US go-to-market motion by identifying high-value accounts, shaping pipeline, and establishing Haast as the default platform for compliance and legal automation. This role requires you to consult with enterprise stakeholders, translate complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes, and demonstrate how Haast reduces risk while driving measurable productivity gains. You will serve as the key market voice for the US, capturing customer insights and feedback to directly influence product strategy and global positioning. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams is essential to refine messaging, validate use cases, and iterate on GTM playbooks for maximum impact. You will also represent Haast at industry forums and thought-leadership venues, strengthening the brand and expanding the network of compliance and legal leaders who advocate for the platform.

What you'll do
- Discover and qualify enterprise opportunities across regulated industries such as financial services and insurance, aligning Haast solutions with strategic business priorities.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from initial discovery through negotiation, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Haast capabilities.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to uncover compliance and legal workflow pain points, framing Haast as the solution that delivers efficiency and risk reduction.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and functional leaders, positioning Haast as a mission-critical platform for modern compliance teams.
- Translate intricate AI and automation features into clear, business-focused narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and accelerate decision-making.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer requirements, validate product-market fit, and contribute to the evolution of the Haast roadmap.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, content, and messaging that highlight Haast's impact on compliance productivity and operational excellence.
- Represent Haast at industry conferences, panels, and networking events, enhancing brand visibility and engaging with compliance and legal communities.
- Analyze pipeline performance, forecast revenue accurately, and implement strategies to consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Document and share success stories, case studies, and customer testimonials to build social proof and strengthen future sales engagements.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Continuously research market trends and competitor activity, adjusting GTM strategies to maintain Haast's competitive edge in the US market.
Requirements
- Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
- Possess a strong history of selling to Fortune 500 organizations, navigating lengthy sales cycles, and managing multiple concurrent opportunities.
- Show deep understanding of compliance and legal operations within regulated industries, including financial services and insurance.
- Exhibit the ability to interpret and communicate how technology solutions address regulatory risk, efficiency, and productivity challenges.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, capable of distilling complex technical concepts into concise, business-relevant messages for executive audiences.
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, taking ownership of undefined challenges and helping shape new processes as part of a high-growth startup.
- Comfortably operate with limited structure, balancing competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic revenue goals.
- Exhibit genuine curiosity and engagement with emerging AI technologies and their application to enterprise compliance and legal workflows.
