What you'll do

• Develop and produce high-quality written content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets deadlines and exceeds expectations.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to create informative and engaging content that captures the audience's interest.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Adapt writing style and tone to fit different brands and target audiences, ensuring that each piece of content reflects the client's voice.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and digital marketing to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content campaigns and strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, increasing visibility and reach for clients' online presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels, using insights to refine strategies and improve future content.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior copywriters, helping to nurture their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Exceptional proficiency in Vietnamese, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content for diverse industries, including technology, lifestyle, and e-commerce.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to enhance content visibility and effectiveness.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into accessible content.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples that demonstrate versatility and creativity in copywriting.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital marketing or social media management, with an understanding of how content fits into broader marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML to assist in content publishing.
