What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives of Bamboohr.
• Create engaging and shareable content tailored to various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts that resonate with our audience.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct social media audits to evaluate the performance of existing channels and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
• Develop relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and engagement.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to the marketing team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to social media content.
• Experience in community management and building online communities.
• Knowledge of video editing software and experience creating video content for social media.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency or startup environment.
