What you'll do

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for a variety of projects, including social media graphics, website visuals, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the overall brand strategy and messaging.
• Create engaging infographics and illustrations that effectively communicate complex information in a visually appealing manner.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients, ensuring that all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure that our work remains fresh and innovative.
• Prepare design files for print production, ensuring that all specifications are met for high-quality output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for upcoming campaigns and projects.
• Work closely with copywriters to integrate text and visuals seamlessly, enhancing the overall impact of the designs.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design materials.
• Provide support for other creative initiatives, such as video editing or motion graphics, as needed.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and resources for easy access by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with web design principles and experience with responsive design is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software, such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for digital platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
• Previous experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
