What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience demographics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, while maintaining brand voice and identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster positive relationships with followers.
• Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
• Organize and lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media strategy development and execution, preferably in an agency or freelance capacity.
