What you'll do

Lead the editorial team in developing and executing content strategies that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
Oversee the entire content creation process, from ideation to publication, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, translating them into compelling content that drives engagement.
Edit and proofread content produced by writers, providing constructive feedback to enhance clarity, coherence, and style.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews of content metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Mentor and train junior editors and writers, fostering professional development and skill enhancement within the team.
Ensure that all content adheres to SEO best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
Coordinate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create visually engaging content that complements written materials.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative content ideas and themes.
Act as a liaison between the editorial team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in editorial roles, with a strong background in content management and strategy.
Proven track record of managing editorial teams and delivering high-quality content on time and within budget.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to implement them effectively in content creation.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive content decisions and improve performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Experience in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
Experience in a specific niche or industry relevant to Greenparkcontent's focus areas, such as technology, lifestyle, or business.
Knowledge of social media trends and strategies for leveraging platforms to enhance content reach.
Proficiency in additional languages, particularly those relevant to the Southeast Asian market.
Previous experience working in a freelance capacity or within a remote team environment.

Skills & tools

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics to track content performance.
Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Understanding of HTML and basic web publishing skills can be advantageous.
