What you'll do

• Develop high-quality, engaging copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content produced, staying updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
• Edit and proofread copy to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all written materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Work closely with the content strategy team to identify key messaging and themes that resonate with target audiences.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine and optimize copy for better engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives audience engagement and meets business goals.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for digital content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to adapt writing style to suit different brands and target audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
