Product Marketing Manager II, Food
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the upper-funnel food discovery ecosystem, translating complex user behaviors into clear narratives that drive meal selection. This role requires you to manage the full lifecycle of key discovery surfaces such as GrabFood, Dine-out, and Food Guides to ensure seamless experiences from inspiration to order completion. You will be responsible for aligning feature roadmaps with business objectives, ensuring that every launch hypothesis is tied to measurable impacts on transaction volume and market penetration. You will act as the voice of the user within the product team, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to refine positioning and creative messaging. The role demands close collaboration with engineering, design, and operations to iterate quickly on experiments that enhance how users find and select meals. You will define and monitor core performance indicators for discovery initiatives, balancing short-term engagement lifts with long-term brand equity considerations. This position is critical in bridging the gap between strategic product vision and execution, ensuring that marketing efforts directly contribute to the top line. You will continuously challenge existing assumptions, using data to validate or pivot strategies in a fast-moving digital marketplace.
