Manager, GrabForBusiness Partnerships

About the role

You will lead the end-to-end partnership strategy for Grab for Business, focusing on regional expansion and GMV growth across our transport and delivery services. This role involves capturing high-value business segments, with a specific emphasis on scaling our presence among Chinese enterprises and other key international markets.

What you'll do

• Design multi-year roadmaps for B2B service adoption, including market segmentation and resource allocation.
• Build demand models and pipeline forecasts to track commercial outcomes like client acquisition and transaction volume.
• Negotiate and finalize large-scale partnerships, managing the full lifecycle from initial sourcing to launch.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on execution and performance frameworks.
• Create data-backed business cases to secure executive approval for new initiatives.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across engineering and product lines to ensure efficient deal delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or GTM roles within tech platforms, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, mobility, or super apps.
• Demonstrated success in managing fast-cycle, high-frequency deal closures.
• Proven track record of sourcing and structuring partnerships that deliver measurable GMV or revenue growth.
• Fluency in English for regional collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, including the ability to read, write, and conduct business negotiations in Chinese characters.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build demand models and influence senior leadership.
