What you'll do
- Formulate a comprehensive product strategy that prioritizes long-term user engagement and effective reward systems.
- Partner with machine learning engineers and data scientists to enhance targeting and personalization algorithms.
- Create a robust measurement framework that includes designing experiments and tracking key metrics to facilitate ongoing product enhancement.
- Conduct thorough analyses of user data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to better understand customer needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align product features with promotional strategies, enhancing user acquisition and retention.
- Present findings and product updates to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to inform product development and positioning.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by encouraging innovative thinking and the testing of new ideas.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in product management and lifecycle marketing.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools within the product lifecycle, ensuring they are effectively utilized for prototyping and decision-making.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with a focus on scaling data-driven or AI-enhanced consumer products.
- Demonstrated expertise in growth strategies, personalization techniques, or lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis and experimental frameworks.
- Experience in utilizing AI tools for various stages of product development, including prototyping and analysis.
- A clear understanding of the strengths and limitations of large language models (LLMs) in the context of lifecycle management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in managing projects across geographically dispersed teams, navigating different time zones effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
