You will develop practical governance frameworks, operationalise AI policies, and partner with teams to ensure AI solutions are developed and deployed responsibly while enabling innovation.</p> <p>Rather than acting as a compliance gatekeeper, you will work closely with delivery teams to embed governance into the way AI products and services are designed, built and operated.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsible AI Frameworks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain GovTech's Responsible AI governance frameworks.</li> <li>Translate AI principles and policies into practical implementation guidance.</li> <li>Design governance artefacts, assessment methodologies and operational processes.</li> <li>Support teams in adopting responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>AI Governance & Oversight</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and continuously improve governance processes for AI initiatives.</li> <li>Coordinate governance forums and decision-making mechanisms.</li> <li>Support governance reviews of higher-risk and higher-impact AI use cases.</li> <li>Develop governance playbooks, templates and operating procedures.</li> <li>Promote risk-based governance approaches that enable safe experimentation and innovation.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>AI Risk Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify emerging risks arising from AI technologies and adoption patterns.</li> <li>Develop practical approaches for assessing and managing AI-related risks.</li> <li>Coordinate AI incident reviews and lessons-learned processes.</li> <li>Track remediation actions and implementation of governance recommendations.</li> <li>Monitor governance effectiveness and propose improvements where necessary.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Cross-functional Partnership</strong></p> <p>Work closely with teams across:</p> <ul> <li>Product</li> <li>Engineering</li> <li>Cybersecurity</li> <li>Legal</li> <li>Procurement</li> <li>Data Governance</li> <li>Enterprise Architecture</li> </ul> <p>to ensure that governance expectations are practical, proportionate and aligned with delivery realities.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Horizon Scanning & Policy Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor developments in AI governance globally.</li> <li>Assess implications of emerging technologies, stan The listing location is Singapore.
