- Driving compliance strategy and execution, from initial product concept through validation and market launch.
- Interpreting evolving regulations and standards, then clearly documenting and communicating technical requirements to cross-functional teams.
- Identifying design or process gaps relative to applicable standards and tracking corrective actions to full resolution.
- Coordinating all technical documentation, including test plans, validation protocols, traceability matrices, and certification dossiers.
- Maintaining regulatory awareness, monitoring national and international changes relevant to defense and public safety communications.
- Preparing and submitting compliance evidence, such as test reports and certification files, to authorities and notified bodies.
- Acting as primary liaison with certification bodies, regulators, and external partners to resolve compliance matters swiftly and accurately.
- Ensuring documentation integrity, keeping product specifications, drawings, and traceability records current and audit-ready.
- Supporting internal and external audits, providing factual, organized evidence of robust compliance practices.
- Championing continuous improvement, streamlining workflows to reduce time to market while strengthening product reliability and safety.
- Mentoring colleagues and partners, sharing best practices and serving as the subject matter expert in regulatory compliance.
Your work has a direct impact on protecting human lives, enabling Base Camp Connect solutions to be deployed with confidence in critical operations.
