- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion and share insights gathered from prospect interactions.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, staying current with industry trends and Careers's evolving offerings.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner, providing them with additional information and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools to manage leads and track progress effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
