You will own the end-to-end management of tests, guiding them from initial concept all the way through to publishing, detailed reporting, and continuous iteration. This role requires a deep understanding of Careers's Products and the capability to interpret complex data to develop strong hypotheses and make informed decisions that drive business growth. What you'll do
Partner with cross-functional teams across Pricing, UX, Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve purchase paths for Hosting and Security products, drive experimentation initiatives, and recommend new capabilities that increase customer engagement, conversion, and operational efficiency.
Leverage market research, customer insights, user testing, competitor analysis, FullStory, Google Analytics, and other data sources to find opportunities, develop high-value hypotheses, and build a robust testing pipeline passionate about improving conversion and revenue per visitor.
Build, complete, and optimize iterative experiments across product pages and landing pages, including copy, visuals, offers, merchandising, and page presentation, while using AI and CMS tools to streamline testing, content updates, and UX recommendations.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, brand positioning, and product value propositions, proactively collaborating with channel, marketing, and business partners to influence site strategy and experience decisions.
Monitor, analyze, and report on test and project performance, converting data into useful advice that boosts conversion, customer engagement, and overall business achievements.
Communicate insights, findings, project outcomes, and business impact clearly to collaborators, managers, leadership, and partner teams to drive alignment and inform future optimization strategies.
Take ownership of the experimentation lifecycle by defining test parameters, ensuring rigorous setup and QA, and maintaining a structured backlog of ideas prioritized on potential impact.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings to map customer journeys, identify friction points, and translate these observations into actionable experiments that move key business metrics.
Utilize AI-powered tools and creative content strategies to rapidly iterate on messaging and design, ensuring the shopping experience remains competitive and aligned with market trends.
Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by documenting learnings, sharing best practices, and advocating for evidence-based optimizations across the organization.
Requirements
Extensive experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and website optimization is required, and you must be skilled at applying scientific methods to study user behavior and interpret user intent. You are expected to consistently improve eCommerce and purchase-path experiences via iterative testing and adjustments, adhering to strict quality standards.
You must demonstrate a proven ability to identify, size, prioritize, and complete high-impact hypotheses and projects, using customer insights, analytics, and projected business impact to uncover opportunities, scope solutions, and improve results without exception.
Direct experience with analytics, experimentation, and optimization tools is mandatory, including QuickSight, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, AI-enhanced efficiency tools, and customer research methodologies to analyze performance, forecast revenue impact, and streamline testing and content workflows.
You are required to have experience using CMS platforms to publish, manage, and optimize web content, with the ability to independently run tests and apply improvements that boost conversion and customer experience on a live site.
Strong project management, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required, and you must thrive in agile environments while managing multiple concurrent initiatives and customer cohorts.
You must deliver outcomes with high accountability, ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and data privacy requirements relevant to operating in India.
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
