Problem Solver
Job description
About the role
This position manages the end to end lifecycle of marketplace orders, from issue documentation and resolution through to final shipment. The role supports the global operations team that authenticates inventory, fulfills demand, and maintains the trust of a multi million member community. You will own the full resolution journey for complex marketplace orders, acting as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers when issues arise. Success in this role requires building consistent judgment around product conditions and translating platform guidelines into clear, written decisions that stakeholders can understand. You will capture high quality documentation through photography and notes to ensure every case can be reviewed and improved upon later. The work demands ownership of process, where you prioritize tasks, communicate progress proactively, and escalate blockers early to keep the flow of inventory moving. Because decisions are often recorded and revisited, you will treat every interaction as an opportunity to build trust and demonstrate reliability through precise, written communication.
