What you'll do
You assist Senior Authentication Specialists in verifying footwear and apparel, which sharpens your technical eye and process consistency. Inbound inventory is received and arranged by brand and model, which streamifies warehouse flow and order readiness. You continuously research new sneaker models and brands, keeping pace with releases, collaborations, and industry trends across streetwear and high fashion. Authentication processes are managed and updated through training and self-directed learning, ensuring alignment with brand standards and buyer expectations. Additional duties are assigned as needed to support operational throughput and team objectives.
Requirements
You must have a passion for sneakers and streetwear, technology, and helping others succeed in a high-volume environment. Existing knowledge of sneakers and apparel across all brands, including originals and re-releases, is required for accurate assessments. You must be able to recognize current industry trends related to releases and consumer demand. Highly organized behavior with demonstrated attention to detail is necessary to handle complex inventory and data entry. You must be a quick learner and a self-starter who can work autonomously while handling increasing responsibility under pressure. The ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds is required for warehouse operations. Willingness and availability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, is required to meet business needs during crunch times.
