Responsibility
Application management, design, and implementation define this position. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions. Architecting systems, integrations, and workflows that align with firm standards and best practices will be central to your work. You will lead or support application deployments, automation initiatives, and new technology implementations. Performing comprehensive testing and quality assurance will ensure successful rollouts.
Risk and security are paramount. You will ensure all applications meet security standards, data protection requirements, and regulatory obligations. Conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and coordinating remediation activities are essential duties. Maintaining documentation related to compliance, incident response, and security controls is required. You will serve as the primary technical liaison to software vendors, tracking issues and recommending enhancements. Evaluating new software products and technologies in collaboration with vendor partners is a key function. Reviewing vendor performance, SLAs, and contract terms will support strategic decision-making. Overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners is expected. Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including system configurations, SOPs, workflows, and user guides, is mandatory. Developing and delivering training for end users, technical teams, and business partners will complete your responsibilities. Ensuring documentation remains current following changes, upgrades, and new feature releases is non-negotiable.
Application specific responsibilities include administering daily operational tasks. These tasks involve security access management and monitoring data synchronization, workspace creation, and data import/export through Litera CAM. Operating within Intapp Walls and iManage SQL database schemas and security models, you will run queries, update records, and troubleshoot stored procedures. You will build and maintain integrations, data flows, business rules, and security policies using Intapp Integrate and/or Boomi. Supporting integrations across Document Management Systems (DMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS) is required. Identifying automation opportunities and streamlining processes using REST APIs and related tooling is expected. Ensuring compliance of Walls rules with firm policies, Information Governance, and Office of General Counsel requirements is critical. Maintaining consistent security controls across iManage On-Prem, iManage Cloud, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Records systems is essential.
What You Will Do
- Design intake workflows that guide data safely into iManage Work, Preview, RAVN, and related tools.
- Build integrations and automation using Intapp Integrate, Boomi, and REST interfaces while maintaining strict security.
- Review system behavior, run tests, and coordinate fixes before changes reach production environments.
- Ship updates for iManage Document Management, Litera CAM, Closing Folders, and Content Manager with careful validation.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to align solutions to firm policies and evolving requirements.
- Guard compliance by enforcing rules in Intapp Walls, information governance standards, and security controls.
- Document configurations, workflows, and procedures so operations and users can rely on clear guides.
- Train end users and technical partners on new features, access models, and day-to-day platform behaviors.
Requirements
You must manage iManage Work, Preview Servers, RAVN, iManage Mobility, Threat Manager, Co-Authoring, Closing Folders, SPM, Litera CAM, and GDSI effectively. You must handle Intapp Wallbuilder, Intapp Integrate, and Boomi while working with Windows Server 2016-2022, Apache, Linux, Windows OS, MacOS, and AVD. You must use Micro Focus Content Manager, IDOL OEM, iCompli, and Future In Tech (FiT) within records management practices. You must collaborate with Legal and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions.
