About the role
You will drive growth in the UK market by identifying and onboarding new travel experience partners to our platform. This role focuses on expanding our supply base and managing the full sales cycle to ensure a diverse range of activities for our customers. You will own the end-to-end process of converting new suppliers from initial contact to active listing on our marketplace. This position requires a proactive approach to discovering untapped opportunities across the United Kingdom travel sector. You will be instrumental in shaping the quality and variety of offerings available to travelers. Success in this role means directly contributing to the revenue and engagement metrics of the business. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key suppliers, ensuring their strategic goals align with our platform's objectives.

What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify new suppliers within the UK travel and tourism sector using targeted research and strategic outreach.
- Manage end-to-end negotiations to secure high-quality inventory for our marketplace while protecting our value proposition.

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner performance and inventory quality based on data-driven insights.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the UK travel market and supplier landscape, including key players and distribution channels.
- Ability to manage a pipeline and meet ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills for high-level partner interactions, including presentation and written correspondence.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain complex B2B relationships over extended periods.
- Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and contracts with third-party vendors.
