What you'll do
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, are functioning optimally.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to proactively address facility needs and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting related to facility operations.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools for tracking maintenance and operations.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally for site inspections or vendor meetings.
