What you'll do

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, are functioning optimally.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting related to facility operations.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using facility management software and tools for tracking maintenance and operations.
