Healthcare Product Owner
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our healthcare product backlog, translating complex scientific strategy into actionable, build-ready work for a cross-functional team. This role places you at the intersection of medical science, software delivery, and regulatory compliance, where your decisions directly shape patient-facing products. You will refine, specify, and prioritise requirements so that engineering, lab, and science teams can execute with clarity and confidence. Because we build software as a medical device, you will maintain rigorous evidence and traceability to meet the safety standards required by regulatory classification. You will grow your expertise in regulatory frameworks such as IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 while collaborating closely with Medical, Regulatory, and Quality stakeholders. You will independently drive well-defined delivery items and proactively surface risks, constraints, and opportunities during refinement sessions. Over time, you will strengthen your ability to balance scientific insight, user needs, and compliance obligations to support our mission of better, earlier, and more predictive healthcare.
