Requirements
You bring 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience within crypto markets, demonstrating a sustained commitment to this specialized field.
You possess deep familiarity with Morpho, Drift, Symbiotic, and Aera protocols, including their risk models and incentive structures.
You evaluate candidates who handle complex risk models and onchain systems, assessing both technical aptitude and judgment.
You thrive in settings where data guides hiring decisions and strategy, using metrics to refine sourcing and selection processes.
You communicate effectively with engineers while discussing intricate vault architectures, showing comfort with technical depth and abstraction.
You manage high volume searches while maintaining precision and thorough documentation, balancing speed with accuracy.
You understand the demands of roles responsible for constructing institutional grade vaults that deliver risk adjusted onchain yields at scale.
You are comfortable operating within a remote first organization based primarily in New York City, with clear expectations around availability and collaboration across distributed teams.
